I guess the stakes are higher Gale... and i hate to say we never decided who was truelly the strongest... granted, we both held back when we fought... I don't know if you notice, or care for that matter. But I have changed, maybe not fisically, but mentally at least. I have my reasosn to do whatever I do... and if that stops you rom doing what you want... then so be it...

Decideses Ayn cn old her self up now, so lets her go.

Pulls from scabbard on back Windsword and hols it firmly between hands, the glimmering blade shining now. The crystal around my neck glws a briliant color, shimmering as if to make the dark day once more.

A blade unsheathes next to Gale. Rose, her face pale and eyes solemn, stands ready next to Gale. "Ayn is your friend's sister!" Her mind screams. But she shakes her head mentally. "That life is dead." "G-Gale, I will fight in your name like I vowed. I-I will not fail you!"

Without any warning, a wide orange blade of energy materializes at Legion's throat from over his left shoulder. "Just what are you up to?" Kyushin takes a step forward so he's directly to Legion's left, his right arm holding the raised energy beam, and keeps his eyes focused on the fight below, as if Legion was a secondary concern.

"Ah, one of Rand's runaways. I see you're very much a meddler, hm?"

Gale chortled, it seemed he had a pawn. However, he had no use for her at the moment. "I'll tell you what. Why don't you drag the little girl back home, she utterly failed in her attempt to kill me (though she did succeed in pissing Gale off) and I have other things planned before I end this pathetic existance forever. Therefore, she can live for a little while longer, as can you if you make the smart choice. However, if you choose to use the little time this wolrd still has in vain, attack me." As Ayn was key to Gale's future plans, he would not destroy her now despite how easy it would be. He would have other chances. However, TZM could be disposed of without reprocussions(sp?), but once again he saw a problem He had sinced the eldest Fury use energy and he disliked the idea of fighting both TZM and Kyushin.

"Hmph. Meddling is for the amusement of miserable beings such as yourself. I wouldn't waste my time unless it had a point." Kyushin retracts the energy blade and crosses his arms. "Tell me, Legion, what do you think Rand plans to do with you?"

Stands watching these two speak to each other from his place near Ayn, then looks back towards Gale, and smiles.

Gale scoffs and crosses his arms. "This is your chance is peacefully, that is what you lot seem to want all the time. Well here's you chance to walk away without any of your little friends getting hurt. Their blood is on your hands if you choose to provoke me, old friend."

Gale sneers, he knew Kyushin was behind him and now Ayn had recovered. This situation was deteriorating fast. "The three of you are starting to annoy me. Your persistence is bothersome."

A figure walks into what was now a battlefield. It was clearly Havoc, studying every person and figure, pondering the moves they would make, and the move he himself should make. He walks to Gale's side, unsheathing his Dread Buster and holding it over his shoulder calmly. "The odds don't look good for you, Abbis. Don't let pride take you, I'm helping. You're not going to die before I get to ask my questions." A black wing sprouts from his left shoulder blade and every bit of his eyes gloss over in red color. His skin turns ashey, yet remains a pale blue. Havoc pops his neck and removes his tattered cloak, throwing it onto the ground.

Gale turns to Havoc, and then back to TZM and Ayn. "If that pest Kyushin moves from the roof, kill him. These two are under control."

Havoc nods. He studies Ayn and TZM, smirking devilishly. "Got it." He readies his weapon and turns his back to Gale, looking up at Kyushin, grinning and planting his feet firm on the ground.

I missed those times... those fights of rivalry we had...

Readies self into a battle pose, bringing Windsword forward at an angle, a new fighting posotion that seams entirely alien from his normal style.

Lets relive those times Gale... lets see what we can do now...

Kyushin's eyes narrow as he watches everyone below him. "Because Rand is fallible."

He looks at Havoc and smirks, uncrossing his arms and cracking his knuckles. "He's mocking me with that virus, Havoc. Think he'll grow bored and come up here, or should I just deal with him now?"

Legion chortles. "Failable yes, but you are aware that no product of the Fury Project was made more powerful then your creator. If not you, who wills stop Rand, if you the oppertunity ever arises?" Legion notices Havoc and shrugs. "Hmph, I'm just reffing this little match. I could care less what happens as long as it doesn't involve me losing physical form."

Gale rises off the ground and outstreches his hand, which glows black. "Swordsmanship, foolish against Abbissian magic."

Havoc raises his hand to Kyushin, beconing him to come down and fight. "You coming down here or are you going to make me come up there?" He grins and his wing twitches.

"I won't be stopping Rand. They will." Fury nods at the group below. "Though I could do it myself, contrary to what you may now. I'm merely trying to see it through."

He looks at Havoc again. "Looks like I'll be going down there. I was starting to enjoy this conversation." Kyushin grabs the hilt of the blade sheathed at his side and drops down from the tower, landing with a thump on the grass below.

"They say patience is a virtue, Havoc."

Havoc closes his eyes and shakes his head, smirking. "Not one I'm all too fond of." Havoc jets foreward, slashing with the huge sword at him with ease.

He takes the elbow to the forehead, jolting his head, and rolls forward and under Havoc as he jumps. As he's about to land, he drops and sweeps a kick at his ankles.

Gale continues ascending, putting a good distance between himself and his adversaries. "Now it's time for this to end." Gale fires a large blast of energy (careful to make sure Laena's grave isn't in the attack range ^_^) toward Ayn and TZM.

"Well, this won't do." Legion leaps off the roof with a loud "Whee!" and grabs Ayn before teleporting back on to to the roof, keeping her safe from the blast. "You'll screw up anything if you beg for death like that. Such a stubborn little girl."

Rose leaps backwards and up, away from the blast. Her wings bloom out, catching the wind fully. She glares again at Ayn and flies up to be next to Gale. "C'mon, Gale, let me fight! I can!"

Ayn stares blankly at Legion, and she shakes her head. "My hero. What do you suppose I should do now that I'm on the roof and an even easier target than before?"

Gale rolls his eyes. "Go after Ayn, but do not kill her then." Gale saw that TZM was a greater threat then Ayn at the moment, and wanted the kid out of his way. Thus, he had no problem sending Rose after Ayn and potentionally Legion.
